While many kinds of palm trees and a swimming pool are effectively lit, the extracting roofs and slits on the walls are also lit up to create vertical brightness, thus creating the illusion of larger space. The lighting fixtures and operation schedules were carefully planned to eliminate unnecessary and undesirable light from going into residents’ homes.
