Mikimoto, Roppongi Hills Store 2002

The façade design revolves around the theme of “Deep Sea Blue”, inspired by the ocean depths where pearls are formed. As the day approaches its end, the lighting of the store changes such that the blue colored glass in the store becomes deep blue. The glass torso, placed as a show case, is illuminated by spotlight to express the pearl jewelry.
