Design : Taro Ashihara Architects
The lighting design for this college focused on the flexibility of the main hall and the dynamic façade. In classrooms and labs, where shadows can inhibit work, ambient light is mostly indirect and is, also, visible through the expansive glass façade. Even after-hours the façade is illuminated to reflect the ambition of the young students.
