Design : IAW Company, CICADA
A project encompassing two low-rise residences for a mother and owner. The site faces a small stream with a golf course on the opposite shore. We wanted to create an environment where both reflections on the stream and lights from the golf course are visible from a large balcony. Also the lighting accents multiple pieces of artwork and the minimalist design of the residence.
