  Chika is a senior associate at LPA Tokyo office. Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Chika Makabe received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo, and both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design, USA. She has been with LPA since 1999 and has experiences in designing commercial facilities, hotels, office buildings, housing complexes, and landscaping in Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and Singapore.
