This building is a design center with showrooms, mini-galleries, an event hall, restaurants, conference rooms, and other facilities for companies in the interior design industry.
The building was designed by architect Mario Bellini. The centerpiece of his design is the large staircase climbing the five-floor galleria reminiscent of a street corner in an Italian town.
We focused on warm, soft light that seems to spill out from the massive walls on either side. We wanted the line of sight to naturally gravitate to the sculpture of the silver horse at the top of the stairs.
