This block has contrasting light schemes guided by the concept “tangible light/information light”: the historically significant restored trained station building has a tranquil light environment that takes advantage of the area’s transplanted trees, while the sunken garden filled with people both passing through and pausing to relax has a lively light environment. Both areas have light features that convey “time” and presentations that visualize the passing of time.
