Okinawa Spirit of Jesus Church 1999

A church centrally located on the main island of Okinawa. The chapel, with a high ceiling, is shaped like the bottom of a ship with large windows in the body. During the day, warm light fills the church, creating a sense of openness. At night, this is recreated with soft light washing the dramatic ceiling for a heartwarming atmosphere.
