This city park adjacent to shopping and entertainment district and cultural facilities is located at a major intersection of the city’s urban network. An underground level combining shops and a bus terminal covered by sloping ground creates a scene like a painting inserted into the middle of crowded city. Carved out in the center of the site is an elliptical hollow topped 14 meters above ground by an immense 106 meter long, 36 meter wide glass roof suspended in the air. Symbolically illuminated with color lighting, the large roof is a city landmark.
