To blend into the rich natural environment and the terraced rice fields surrouning, the lighting design is very warm and calm. The light seeping through the woven bamboo; the light glowing through the Japanese paper, with ears of rice plucked into it; the light blinking gently like fireflies over the Shichitoui basket; all these lighting elements were carefully applied to accentuate the texture of the design elements inspired from farmers’ handcrafts.
