K11 HACC is a multipurpose exhibition space for contemporary art in the suburbs of Beijing. The bold spatial composition demolishes the concept of exhibition space and gives visitors a new experience. Visitors feel integrated with the space and the space itself exists as a work of art. A luminous wall overwhelmingly commands the space, doubles as an ambient lighting device that changes brightness and color temperature, but also exists as a monolith-like piece of art.
