The atrium is a central feature of this public space, designed with a lighting program to adjust to any time frame from early morning hours to late closing time. Along the façade and in the entrance plaza and north garden, artistic light adds an element of excitement to the walking paths. Luminous poles line the area facing Kanroku Road for an impressive lightscape, as seen from passing cars.
