In one corner of the Tokyo Disneyland Resort, a permanent stage and home for the Cirque du Soleil has opened. Twenty floodlights with color filters are aimed at the geometrically shaped exterior of the theatre. Along the entrance slope, linear LED and color shadowing create an artistic approach, amusing guest as anticipation and lighting effects gradually increase. In the vaulted entrance lobby, the curtain wall leans outward at 15 degrees and a rhythm of light and shadow along this plane help to create a space of high quality.
