As a transit oriented development (TOD), this project will play a major role in developing Zengcheng as a city center of Guangzhou east. This project consists of a residential area, office space, a hotel and retail development. The sales center is the first stage to reveal the new height of quality light. Warm color lighting and the contrast of light and shadow invite visitors to rediscover the relationship between light and the living environment.
