PARKROYAL on Pickering 2013

This hotel and office multi-purpose facility planned as a new landmark for this section of Chinatown leading into the Central Business District is designed around a “Hotel in the Garden” concept. A view of the street is visible through the pool from the deck on the 5th floor. The podium section and defining exterior feature has a “valley” motif showcased with lighting at night. The garden concept also extends to the interior, which is integrated with outdoor space by well-choreographed lighting.
