A public facility in Izumo City. Surrounding the centrally located building is a spacious, multi-use plaza, station square, and parking lot all artistically planned and designed with a combination of blue lantern light and embedded, red LED indicators. As viewed through each glass enclosed wing of the building, the lighting environment is unified with task and ambient light and the walls are softly washed for an impressive display of light.
