New building for AMU PLAZA NAGASAKI opened in last Nov.
As the station area has been redeveloped with the Shinkansen extension, this building becomes new face of Nagasaki city.
We carefully illuminate the brick pillars of the low-rise facade, giving a warm and elegant Nagasaki-like appearance.
The light leaking from the interior also has a uniform color temperature, so that the building blends in with the Nagasaki nightscape.
At Kamome-Hiroba, with its membrane roof reminiscent of a sailing ship, soft indirect light from up-lighting envelops the people gathered there.
