A Grade A office community completed as a precursor at 11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest retailtainment new landmark in SKYCITY adjacent to the Hong Kong International Airport. The three buildings are designed for wealth management, wellness and medical services, and companies targeting Greater Bay Area market. To contrast with the dynamic facade design of the commercial block to be completed in the future, the facade lighting on the office floors is minimal, with only vertical slit lighting accents in a random arrangement. The entrance is made of stone and bronze-coloured metal. To emphasize the materiality of the stone gate, we used a low colour temperature to create a sense of dignity and elegance.
